Key Skills
- APA qualification in General Insurance or Insurance Product Advice
- 5+ years' experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or insurance sales
- Exposure to international insurance markets
- Strong commercial track record with proven revenue growth experience
- Knowledge of health insurance markets across Ireland, the UK, or EEA
- Experience managing pricing, proposals, and insurer negotiations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Head the sale and positioning of health insurance solutions across employer and partner channels
- Drive campaigns to increase customer adoption and policy growth
- Manage the full sales process including proposals, pricing, negotiations, and onboarding
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on employee benefits solutions
- Support entry into new international markets by identifying and onboarding insurance providers
- Contribute to commercial growth strategies across new and existing regions
- Build and manage relationships with insurers, partners, and corporate clients
- Manage complex multi-stakeholder processes across sales and implementation
- Provide regulated insurance guidance in line with industry standards
- Ensure all activity complies with internal and regulatory requirements
- Support governance, compliance reviews, and insurer audits
