What you need
- Diploma / QFA (or equivalent) preferred
- Previous experience in a paraplanning or financial services support role
- Strong technical knowledge of financial planning products and advice processes
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong report writing and written communication ability
- Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines
- Experience with financial planning tools and systems
Responsibilities
- Gather, review, and analyse client information to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Research suitable financial solutions across pensions, investments, and protection
- Prepare clear, compliant suitability reports and supporting documentation
- Assist in developing financial plans aligned to client objectives
- Utilise cashflow modelling tools to support recommendations where required
- Liaise with providers and third parties to obtain relevant information
- Maintain accurate client records in line with compliance standards
- Support ongoing client servicing, including annual review preparation
