A growing financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong funds background to join its Product team. This role requires someone who understands the funds industry and can confidently translate complex business requirements into clear user stories and detailed test cases.
This is a rolling 6 month day rate contract with 2 days per week required in Dublin City.
You will act as the link between business stakeholders and development, ensuring requirements are well-defined, testable, and delivered to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities

Elicit and document detailed business requirements within a funds environment.

Write clear, structured user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.

Own the full testing lifecycle, including test script creation, functional testing, and UAT coordination.

Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate interpretation and delivery of requirements.

Validate that delivered functionality meets business and regulatory expectations.
Key Requirements

Proven Business Analyst experience within investment funds, asset management, fund administration, or alternatives.

Strong expertise in writing high-quality user stories and defining acceptance criteria.

Hands-on experience in manual testing, defect management, and UAT.

Deep understanding of funds processes (e.g., NAV, trade lifecycle, investor servicing, reporting).

Ability to challenge, probe, and ensure solutions are robust before release.
