Dublin City Centre (Hybrid) | Up to €45,000 p/a | Initial Contract (Open to Permanency)
Our client, a leading national life and pension services firm, are seeking to add a customer focused and enthusiastic advisor to join their award winning Contact Centre.
The ideal candidate will have previous contact centre experience within a financial services firm and have already started, or be willing to sit, their QFA exams.
The Role;
- Deliver excellent service across phone and email queries, with a strong focus on proactive, confident and empathetic phone engagement.
- Take ownership of customer calls, anticipating needs, identifying opportunities to resolve issues early and ensuring first-contact resolution wherever possible.
- Work with your team to meet service and customer experience targets.
- Support retention of existing business.
- Work closely with teams across the business to deliver a seamless customer journey.
- Communicate clearly, stay solution focused and proactively resolve customer issues.
Requirements;
- Great communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving and administrative skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- PC literacy and strong attention to detail
- Experience in financial services, life & pensions preferred
- QFA/APA or working toward it
