    A leading global technology company is seeking a motivated and data-driven Ad Sales Account Manager to join its EMEA advertising team in Dublin. In this role, you will support major advertising clients, helping them achieve measurable growth through data-informed strategy, campaign optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

    This position is ideal for an experienced digital advertising professional who thrives in a fast-paced, analytical, and collaborative environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and support new business opportunities while contributing to sales strategies for key markets and customers.

    • Execute and oversee digital advertising campaign launches and optimizations to meet performance KPIs.

    • Translate customer objectives into actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver holistic advertising solutions.

    • Develop customer proposals that align with marketing goals and leverage the company's ad products effectively.

    • Maintain and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities.

    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business success.

    • Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Typically 5 years' experience in digital media, marketing, or advertising, with hands-on campaign management and optimization expertise.

    • At least 4 years in a client-facing role, managing relationships across multiple stakeholder levels.

    • Proven experience with Ad Networks, DSPs, Programmatic platforms, and leading digital ad ecosystems.

    • Strong sales, communication, and presentation skills.

    • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

    • Skilled in stakeholder management, opportunity pipeline management, and objection handling.
