    Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially driven Account Manager to manage a portfolio of large enterprise accounts across the EMEA region on a contract basis.

    This is a client-facing role requiring a strategic thinker who can quickly establish credibility, build senior stakeholder relationships, and deliver best-in-class account management to some of the most sophisticated advertisers in the market.

    You will be responsible for managing a small book of high-value customers (3-5 accounts), driving growth through digital marketing solutions, and aligning business objectives with data-driven strategies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of large enterprise clients and partners.
    • Quickly establish trust with new stakeholders, including C-suite and senior leadership contacts.
    • Identify growth opportunities and unlock long-term value across assigned accounts.
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to client business goals.
    • Advise clients on digital marketing strategies, including demand generation and performance optimisation.
    • Translate business objectives into actionable advertising solutions using leading digital platforms.
    • Deliver high-quality insights, reporting, and recommendations to support client decision-making.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of campaigns.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, particularly within commerce and retail sectors.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Proven experience managing enterprise-level accounts in a client-facing environment.
    • Strong background in account management, business development, or customer success.
    • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
    • Experience working with large, complex, and sophisticated clients.
    • Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms, including paid media and performance marketing.
    • Ability to translate business needs into strategic, data-driven marketing solutions.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Experience working across EMEA markets.
