As Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the warehouse and logistics functions, delivering sustainable end-to-end supply chain strategies, and ensuring products are processed, stored, and dispatched to the highest standards. You will also take ownership of facility operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives and collaborating closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to warehouse and logistics teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, inventory management, and distribution.
Oversee facility operations, supplier relationships, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Develop and monitor KPIs to measure and enhance operational performance.
Implement best-in-class warehouse management systems, optimising layout and workflows.
Drive sustainability, safety, and cost-efficiency initiatives across operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
Experience & Skills Required:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar warehouse or operations management role.
Proven experience leading teams and achieving operational excellence.
Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and warehouse systems (SAP experience advantageous).
Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills.
High motivation, flexibility, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
