Role Overview:
We are seeking a Business Excellence Site Head to lead the Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Project Management Office (PMO) functions. This leadership role drives site-wide strategy, process improvement, and project execution, reporting directly to the Site Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the OpEx and PMO teams.
- Manage strategic projects, ensuring alignment with site and global business priorities.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory, safety, and corporate policies.
- Collaborate on setting and delivering departmental goals.
- Track and report on key performance indicators and manage departmental budgets.
- Build strategic relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implement business excellence tools to support efficiency and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Business.
- 10+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing with strategic project leadership experience.
- 5+ years in project management.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and cross-functional operations.
