Role Summary
Based at a high-performing manufacturing site in the northwest region, this senior leadership role oversees both Operational Excellence and Program Management functions. The successful candidate will drive cross-functional initiatives focused on continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and strategic project execution. This is a key position reporting into the site leadership team, with a direct impact on long-term site performance and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide OpEx and PMO strategy, aligning with global standards.

• Manage project portfolio execution, ensuring timely delivery and resource alignment.

• Set and track KPIs, budgets, and departmental objectives in collaboration with site leadership.

• Support regulatory and compliance adherence.

• Develop high-performing teams through strong leadership and career development planning.

• Foster strategic partnerships across functions and with external stakeholders.

• Embed a continuous improvement mindset across operations and support functions.

• Implement structured improvement tools and methodologies to support operational goals.

Ideal Background

• Degree in Science, Engineering, or Business.

• 10+ years in pharma manufacturing or related industry, including strategic project leadership.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and technical operations.

• 6+ years of experience in project management.

• 3+ years in people leadership at a managerial level.
