    The Role

    As the Logistics & Customer Service Team Lead, your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely shipping operations while maintaining exceptional customer service. You will lead a team of shipping and customer service personnel, coordinate with internal departments and logistics partners, and optimise systems to drive operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Shipping Operations: Oversee all aspects of shipping, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with procedures, and timely dispatch of goods.

    • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support the logistics and customer service team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.

    • Customer Communication: Ensure clear and timely communication with customers regarding shipments, delivery status, and any potential issues.

    • System Optimisation: Utilise and improve shipping and logistics systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and visibility across operations.

    • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse KPIs for shipping, logistics, and customer service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

    • Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve shipping, logistics, and customer service issues to maintain smooth operations.

    • Compliance: Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with ISO standards and company policies.

    Candidate Profile

    • Strong experience in shipping, logistics, and customer service operations.

    • Proven leadership and team management skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Proficient in ERP or shipping management systems and advanced MS Office skills.

    • Highly organised, process-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
