Procurement Admin

We're seeking an experienced Buyer / Purchasing Administrator to join a busy wholesale business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage stock replenishment (manual and semi-automated MRP).

• Place and track orders with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery.

• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and expedite urgent stock when needed.

• Monitor and coordinate stock movement between branches.

• Handle all associated administration and purchasing documentation.

• Support the team with stock management and adjustments as the role develops.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in buying, procurement, or stock control in a similar environment.

• Background in refrigeration / air-conditioning, builders providers, or electrical wholesale is a strong advantage.

• Confident dealing with multiple suppliers and managing competing priorities.

• Flexible and hands-on approach suited to a medium-sized, fast-paced organisation.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
