This position is based on site in the office in Cork (1 day work from home available)
As the Senior Payroll Specialist, you will partner closely with Finance, HR, and external vendors to ensure flawless execution of Irish payroll operations:
Experience - 3+ years in a similar payroll position.
Qualifications: A professional qualification as an Accounting Technician, or in Payroll/HR is highly preferred.
Tech Savvy: Strong working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and Time & Attendance (T&A) tools.
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Irish payroll legislation and a commitment to staying updated on regulatory changes.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a team-player mindset, and the ability to handle sensitive information with complete professionalism
Drive: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
