Part-Time Administrative Assistant (15-20 hours per week)

Location: Commuter town west of Cork
Pay: €20 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 15-20 hours per week (flexible schedule)

Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail who enjoys supporting day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Data entry and maintaining accurate records

• General administrative support

• Handling correspondence and communications

• Assisting with routine office tasks as required

Requirements

• Previous administrative experience is essential

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working with basic office systems and data entry eg. Microsoft suite

• Ability to manage tasks independently and stay organised
