    Role: Executive Assistant (Contract Position, Hybrid - Dublin)

    We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support multiple Data Center leaders on a contract basis in a hybrid role based in Dublin. This individual will be a highly organised and resourceful professional, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with complex scheduling, travel coordination, and executive support responsibilities.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate internal and external meetings for up to three leaders
    • Manage complex and high-volume executive calendars
    • Facilitate site meetings, including agenda preparation, action tracking, and note taking
    • Support the planning and execution of senior leadership site visits
    • Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
    • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
    • Organise offsites, space planning, and all-hands meetings
    • Plan and execute team engagement and culture-building events
    • Build strong cross-functional relationships across teams
    • Act as a culture ambassador for the local Data Center organisation
    • Participate in the global administrative community
    • Provide general administrative support as required

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3+ years of experience supporting 1 or more executives in an administrative or EA capacity
    • 3+ years of experience coordinating complex executive travel
    • 3+ years of experience managing executive calendars and expense reporting
    • Strong experience balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred
    • Experience in event planning and coordination
    • Strong collaboration skills with other Executive Assistants and cross-functional stakeholders
    • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
    • Proven ability to prioritise multiple assignments in a dynamic environment
    • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
