Role: Facilities Manager
Location: Dublin City Centre/ Hybrid

Our client is seeking a commercially focused FM Lead to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and flawless service delivery whilst proactively identifying opportunities to grow contract scope and strengthen client partnerships. You will also have strong P&L experience, coming from a facilities management company.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day Facilities Management operations, managing cleaning, maintenance, vendors, and front desk services in line with KPIs and SLAs.
- Drive commercial growth and P&L performance, building strong business cases for service enhancements and additional project works.
- Oversee technical and maintenance activities, including PPM and reactive works, via CAFM/CMMS platforms to ensure asset readiness.
- Own compliance and safety standards, ensuring full adherence to statutory requirements, SOPs, and health and safety audits.
- Manage specialist contractors, overseeing onboarding, performance monitoring, and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead and develop the onsite team, conducting performance reviews and managing rosters to ensure high engagement.
- Produce commercial and operational reporting, utilising data-driven insights to present improvement plans to key stakeholders.
- Deliver project works from concept to completion, introducing innovative technologies to enhance the workplace experience.
Requirements
- Significant Facilities Management leadership experience within commercial, client-facing environments in similar FM business.
- Have to have strong P&L experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of both hard and soft building services.
- Proven track record in account growth and maintaining high-level client relationships.
- Commercially aware with the ability to manage budgets and drive operational efficiencies.
- Excellent communication and IT skills, with the confidence to present value-adding solutions to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards (e.g., IOSH or ISO certifications) is highly desirable.
