Part - Newly Qualified Accountant

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a boutique accounting practice in Cork seeking a part or newly qualified accountant to join their close-knit team.

This position is hybrid after the initial training period.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory accounts for corporate clients and sole traders to completion.

• Maintain financial records using computerized accounting software.

• Manage bank and control account reconciliations.

• Produce VAT reports and handle ROS filings.

• Liaise with clients and The Revenue Commissioners to resolve queries.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Part-qualified accountant with a strong desire to progress.

• Technical Skills: Highly proficient in computerized accounting packages, MS Excel, and Word.

• Experience: Prior practice experience is a plus, but a proven ability to finalize accounts is mandatory
