Exciting new opportunity for a HR Generalist to join a dynamic organisation as they embark on their growth journey.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the HR Generalist will play a key role in implementing the people agenda for the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead as the key point of contact for all HR related queries on a daily basis.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment including posting job ads, screening CV's, organising interviews, candidate management, extending offers and issuing contracts.
- Updating policies and procedures as required in line with Irish Legislation.
- Managing the HRIS (HR Locker), ensuring accuracy of employee data at all times.
- Monthly reporting on HR metrics for senior management team.
- Supporting training and workshops in a timely manner.
- Other HR projects as required.
Experience required:
- Third level degree qualified (HR), or other Business-related degree.
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a keen team player.
