Head of Operations - up to €65,000 DOE
Location: North Point Business Park -

What You'll Be Doing:

Operational Strategy & Leadership:
Oversee and align day-to-day operations across teams with long-term strategic goals. Champion best practices and drive a culture of accountability and high performance. -
Capacity & Stock Planning:
Lead forecasting and capacity planning from a stock and fulfilment perspective. Optimise resource and inventory management to meet customer demand efficiently while minimising waste and downtime. -
Performance Management & KPI Tracking:
Develop, report on, and improve KPIs across departments to reduce costs, improve accuracy, and drive operational excellence. -
Process Improvement & Scalability:
Identify inefficiencies and lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Support the business in preparing infrastructure and systems for scalable growth. -
Technology & Automation Integration:
Spearhead projects to integrate automation and IT solutions into existing workflows to improve performance, data flow, and overall efficiency. -
Cross-Functional Communication:
Ensure seamless collaboration between operations, logistics, sales, HR, and compliance functions. Lead meetings, present to stakeholders, and influence at all levels. -
Compliance, Risk & Safety Oversight:
Develop and enforce safety procedures, lead risk assessments, and ensure full regulatory compliance across operations and facilities.
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in Operations Management within FMCG, engineering, or supply chain

Strong track record in capacity planning, forecasting, and resource allocation

Hands-on leadership style with experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams

Confident with data-driven decision-making, reporting, and performance optimisation

Familiarity with warehouse, distribution, or production environments

Excellent communicator with board-level presentation experience

Strong understanding of compliance, safety, and quality standards

Experience with technology or automation implementation is a plus
