Aftersales and Service Receptionist

Our client, a well-established and growing automotive business on the outskirts of Cork City, is looking for a personable and organised Service Receptionist to join their busy Aftersales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is keen to develop their career within the motor industry.

The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, managing service bookings, coordinating vehicle logistics, and ensuring a smooth journey from drop-off to collection. Working closely with workshop and internal teams, you'll keep customers informed, prepare job documentation, process invoices, and deliver a professional handover experience.

About You

• Previous administrative experience (ideally within the motor industry)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident using IT systems and managing multiple tasks
• A team player with a proactive approach
• Full, clean driving licence
