The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support via telephone and carrying out a range of administrative duties.

• Responding to customer enquiries and providing timely resolutions
• Updating customer information accurately across internal systems
• Completing administrative tasks and maintaining detailed records

About You

Our client is looking for individuals who are:

• Recent college or university graduates, or those looking to gain office-based experience
• Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional when speaking with customers over the phone
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage their workload effectively
• Comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Positive, proactive, and eager to learn

Previous customer service or administrative experience is advantageous, however full training will be provided.
