Role: Head of Audience Development & Stakeholder Engagement
This organisation is an Art and cultural institution based in Dublin, they are looking for a Head of Audience Development & Stakeholder Engagement to join their vibrant team. The successful candidate will aim to develop a collaborative, innovative, creative and highly impactful audience, as well as commercial, development, marketing and communications strategy that engages a diverse audience.
Provide leadership across a variety of teams and functions in the Audience, Development & Stakeholder Engagement Division, working closely with the Leadership Team.
Increase brand awareness through marketing and advertising, both traditional and digital, reaching national and international target audiences.
Oversee the creation and implementation of a marketing and communication strategy and an integrated and innovative marketing, media and engagement plan.
Implement an ambitious Commercial and Retail strategy and lead the development and implementation of an integrated plan to increase commercial revenues across different platforms.
Diversify the income base, grow revenues, identify and develop new business opportunities and maximise existing ones, as well as increase the profile and reach of the organisation.
Act as an agent for change, bringing commercial acumen and judgement to bear throughout policy making and programme development
Develop an integrated approach to philanthropy, fundraising campaigns and a major capital campaign.
3rd level qualification in Marketing and Communications, Business Studies or related discipline.
7+ years extensive senior management experience in a similar role.
Proven leadership skills, the ability to successfully manage, motivate and lead a multifunctional team.
A passion and interest for art and cultural institutions is essential.
Proven ability to form strategic alliances, partnerships and relationships.
Broad commercial acumen with evidence of developing and delivering strategic objectives.
Extensive experience of income generation and budget management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, problem solving and influencing skills.
