Key Responsibilities

Adviser Support: Deliver end-to-end support for Private Client Advisers, including meeting prep, portfolio valuations, and post-meeting documentation.

Client Planning: Execute goals-based planning and cashflow modelling; identify realignment strategies to ensure investments meet client objectives.

Relationship Management: Act as a secondary point of contact, managing new client onboarding and data gathering from start to finish.

Compliance & Admin: Maintain CRM records and compliant client files; manage Letters of Authority and new business quotations.

Process Improvement: Collaborate with the wider Wealth Management team to enhance service delivery and internal process flows.
Skills & Qualifications

QFA (minimum) or equivalent satisfying CBI requirements; CFP (or progress toward it) is an advantage.

2-4 years in the industry with a strong grasp of Irish financial products.

High numerical ability, data analysis skills, and experience with cashflow modelling software.

Exceptional oral and written presentation skills with strict attention to detail.

An energetic, assertive problem-solver who thrives both independently and within a team.

Strong work ethic with the ability to manage competing priorities without compromising quality.
