Deliver personalized and group in-store coaching sessions to uphold the highest standards of luxury retail service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Track and measure the impact of coaching initiatives, monitoring improvements in key performance indicators
Partner closely with Store Managers to build and foster a consistent coaching culture, providing immediate, constructive feedback and ensuring follow-up actions are implemented.
Lead engaging training workshops - both global programs and locally tailored sessions
Collaborate on the creation and rollout of new training content aligned with evolving store and business needs.
Design and implement customized training plans and strategies to address specific store gaps and drive measurable improvements in team capability and results.
Oversee the quality, execution, and evaluation of all retail training activities to ensure lasting impact.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree holder or above
Proven experience in delivering training, ideally within luxury fashion and high-end products.
Strong understanding of the luxury market dynamics and client expectations.
Excellent command in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously as a self-starter.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and coordination skills when engaging with internal teams and external partners.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and comfortable using e-learning platforms.
Highly organized with outstanding time management and task prioritization abilities; adaptable and open-minded.
