We are supporting an iconic fashion brand with strong growth across APAC to recruit a Regional Senior HR Manager. With a dynamic retail presence and ambitious expansion plans, they are seeking a seasoned HR leader to partner directly with the C-suite and drive people strategies across the region.
About the role
As Regional Senior HR Manager, you will take on an all-rounded HR scope, combining strategic partnership with hands-on execution. You will lead a regional HR team, influence senior leadership on key people topics, and ensure HR practices support the brand's growth and transformation in the fast-paced fashion retail industry.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with C-suite executives to provide strategic HR guidance across talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Lead and mentor a regional HR team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Oversee end-to-end HR scope including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Drive HR initiatives that support retail expansion and enhance employee engagement.
- Act as a trusted advisor on transformation projects, change management, and leadership development.
- Balance strategic influence with hands-on involvement in day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements
- Proven HR leadership experience in the retail or fashion industry.
- Strong track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making at the executive level.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to manage complex HR operations across multiple markets.
- Team leadership experience with a focus on developing HR talent.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Regional exposure and ability to navigate diverse labour laws and cultural contexts.
