About the role
As HR Director (HRBP), you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, partnering closely with them on strategic people topics. You will play a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies that align with business objectives, driving organizational transformation, and ensuring the company continues to thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance across talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Lead and support transformation initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Act as a true HRBP, advising on performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR practices align with business goals.
- Mentor and lead HR team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven HRBP experience in the hospitality industry or related service sectors.
- Strong track record in driving transformation and change management initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
- Team leadership experience is highly desirable.
