A Financial Institution is expending their business and provide more customer service. For the ongoing growth and adaptation to market demands, the company is seeking Sales Support office to join their business.

About the role

As a Sales Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team, handling cases and communicated with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver administrative and operational assistance to the client management and sales teams
• Draft insurance plan proposals and premium illustrations for life insurance arrangements
• Generate sales performance summaries and help coordinate the onboarding of partners and agents
• Perform due diligence and compliance procedures in line with internal guidelines
• Address and resolve daily enquiries from clients and partners, providing efficient service and follow-ups throughout the quotation process

Requirements

• Postsecondary education or above; Obtained IIQE 1,2 and 3 will be a big plus
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant background in insurance, broking, or financial services
• Competent in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
• Immediate availability or a short notice period preferred
