    • Lead the development and execution of integrated global and regional communications strategies for financial services clients, listed companies, and multinational corporates.
    • Act as the primary client relationship lead for a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, high client satisfaction, and profitable account growth.
    • Manage and mentor a team of senior consultants, account managers, and executives - providing guidance on strategy, media relations, content development, and stakeholder engagement.

    • Oversee the delivery of high-profile projects such as IPO communications, equity/debt offerings, perception audits, capital markets days, results announcements, and activist investor situations.
    • Work closely with global and regional teams to deliver seamless cross-border programmes, leveraging international networks for multi-market mandates.
    • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and media landscapes in the financial services sector to provide proactive advice and thought leadership.
    • Contribute to internal practice development, including knowledge sharing, training, and the refinement of service offerings in global financial PR.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in financial communications, investor relations, or corporate PR, with a significant portion gained in a leading international agency or in-house financial services environment.
    • Proven track record in leading complex transaction communications (particularly Hong Kong and US listings, M&A, and cross-border deals).
    • Deep understanding of global capital markets, investor audiences (institutional, sell-side analysts, retail), and financial media ecosystems in Asia and key international hubs.
    • Strong existing network among financial journalists, investors, and industry stakeholders is highly advantageous.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a team, with excellent people leadership and mentoring skills.
    • Experience handling crisis and issues management in sensitive market or regulatory situations.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English ( fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong plus).
    • Strategic thinker with commercial acumen - able to identify opportunities, manage P&L elements, and contribute to business development.
    • University degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, IR-related) are a bonus.

    What We Offer

    • The opportunity to work on high-profile global mandates at the forefront of financial communications.
    • Exposure to a truly international network and cross-border collaboration.
    • Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.
    • A dynamic, supportive, and collaborative team environment in Hong Kong's vibrant financial hub.
