Identify, evaluate and execute licensing projects and brand collaboration opportunities across APAC
Drive brand development initiatives and maintain brand positioning
Develop and deliver brand education programs and materials for internal and APAC partners
Manage the collaboration timeline from ideation to launch
Ensure high brand standards and consistency across all APAC retail channels
Align APAC markets to brand guideline while adapting local market needs
Manage store marketing activities, including events, community needs and influencer initiatives
Conduct regular workshop and performance review with partners on brand storytelling and retail excellence
Requirements
Degree holder in Marketing or Business-related disciplines
6-8 years of experience in regional brand development, partnerships, licensing or retail marketing, preferably in fashion or sports international brands
Strong in storytelling, communication and presentation skills
Energetic, passionate and self-motivated candidate
Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
