Are you a highly analytical digital marketing expert who excels at translating campaign data into compelling strategic presentations? We are partnering with a world-leading technology and digital platform to find a temporary Client Solutions Manager for their Greater China team.
In this role, your primary focus will be acting as a dedicated performance and analytics consultant for a portfolio of approximately 10 existing, highly active East China accounts. You will be working directly with established e-commerce giants and major B2C brands looking to scale their global reach (出海电商).
Rather than building a portfolio from scratch, you will dive deep into existing campaign data, optimize performance, and regularly deliver high-level presentations to these key clients, guiding their future digital marketing and advertising strategies.
Performance Analytics & Optimization (Primary Focus): Deep dive into performance tracking tools and digital analytics to monitor, evaluate, and optimize campaign metrics for existing e-commerce accounts.
Strategic Client Presentations: Regularly synthesize complex data and market insights to create and deliver impactful, presentation-ready recommendations and digital marketing strategies to key client stakeholders.
Media Planning & Advisement: Serve as the trusted, go-to expert on global platform capabilities, leading media planning and measurement to ensure clients achieve maximum ROI.
Solution Execution: Partner with internal stakeholders to translate client goals into actionable, data-driven solution plans, including timelines and deliverables.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate across global functions (e.g., Sales, Operations, Product, Policy) to resolve any client issues, remove blockers, and ensure operational excellence.
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing, digital analytics, or account management.
Industry Background: A strong background working within digital marketing or media agencies in a client-facing role.
Technical & Analytical Expertise: Proven technical skills in data analysis, performance optimization, and utilizing advanced performance tracking tools.
Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex analytical topics into clear, persuasive presentations and strategic advice for varied audiences.
E-commerce Focus: Proven track record of analyzing and managing cross-border e-commerce (出海电商) portfolios.
Core Competencies: Exceptional problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong familiarity and established context working with East China clients.
Hands-on expertise utilizing top-tier global social media advertising platforms (e.g., Ads Manager) and driving strict ROAS optimization.
Experience delivering digital marketing solutions for clients in the financial institutional or payment industries, in addition to e-commerce.
