Develop and execute annual joint business plans (JBP) to achieve ambitious revenue targets, including sales forecasting, promotional calendars, and performance tracking.
Drive brand revenue growth through optimized product assortment, pricing strategies, exclusive launches, and targeted activations.
Elevate in-store and omnichannel experiences: Collaborate on visual merchandising (VM), space planning, pop-up concepts, digital integration, and customer engagement initiatives to deliver exceptional brand storytelling and shopping journeys.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Negotiate commercial terms, trade investments, and promotional support to ensure mutual profitability and brand prestige.
Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless execution and on-time delivery.
Monitor KPIs (sell-through, ROI, customer feedback) and report on partnership performance with clear recommendations.
Requirements
6-10+ years of relevant experience in key account management, wholesale, or business development within luxury/fashion/lifestyle/premium consumer goods sectors (beauty, fashion or similar fast-growing premium brands preferred).
Proven track record of managing high-value department store or multi-brand retail partnerships in Hong Kong (experience with prestige department stores is highly advantageous).
Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, joint planning, and exceeding sales targets.
Experience elevating in-store and omnichannel experiences (VM strategy, pop-ups, digital integration, customer journey optimization).
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills; proficient in Excel/data tools for forecasting and reporting.
Strategic mindset with the ability to influence at senior levels and build collaborative partnerships.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA an advantage.
Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin a plus); strong written and verbal communication.
