When approaching a transformation project, have you ever been so focused on the technology side of things that you lose sight of the transformation's true purpose? If you have, you're not alone...
We recently held an interactive online Q&A event on this topic, with the expert views of James Munro - Programme Director at Glen Dimplex. The theme of the event was to discuss the role of technology in transformation and why decisions about the other elements - strategy, people and processes - should come well before starting integration of the technology.
It was great to have people attending from all over Europe and beyond! You can watch the recording of the full webinar below.
