The Opportunity
As part of the Institutional RFP team, you will play a pivotal role in the new business process. The team is responsible for producing detailed, high-quality Request for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) for prospective institutional clients across the UK and EMEA. These documents are central to winning mandates worth hundreds of millions, making this a highly visible and impactful position.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full RFP/DDQ/RFI process for institutional clients across UK and EMEA.

Collaborate with sales teams, product specialists, and other internal stakeholders to gather information and craft tailored, client-ready responses.

Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to ensure accurate, compelling positioning of solutions.

Proactively manage deadlines, workload, and stakeholder expectations.

Produce high-quality documents using the RFP database and bespoke responses where needed.

Ensure all responses adhere to compliance guidelines, including regulatory and performance reporting standards.
Experience & Qualifications

Experience in RFP/DDQ roles within asset management.

Strong knowledge of investment products, including open- and closed-end funds.

Exceptional attention to detail and writing ability.

Advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
