As Business Development Manager - Commercial, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth within this sector. You will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, converting new opportunities, and managing key client relationships to maximise revenue potential. The ideal candidate will combine a proactive approach to business development with the ability to represent the brand at trade shows, events, and customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound enquiries from potential commercial clients.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities and develop a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Represent the organisation at trade events to raise brand profile and expand networks.
- Support the UK sales team when required.
- Deliver product knowledge and training sessions where necessary.
- Track competitor activity and provide insights to the wider team.
