    As Business Development Manager - Commercial, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth within this sector. You will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, converting new opportunities, and managing key client relationships to maximise revenue potential. The ideal candidate will combine a proactive approach to business development with the ability to represent the brand at trade shows, events, and customer sites.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and convert inbound enquiries from potential commercial clients.
    • Proactively generate new business opportunities and develop a healthy sales pipeline.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
    • Represent the organisation at trade events to raise brand profile and expand networks.
    • Support the UK sales team when required.
    • Deliver product knowledge and training sessions where necessary.
    • Track competitor activity and provide insights to the wider team.
