About the Digital Marketing Manager opportunity:
An established UK investment and wealth management firm is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to drive client engagement and business growth through digital channels. This role will oversee email marketing, automated nurture programmes, and multi-channel campaigns, ensuring content reaches the right audience at the right time.
You will work closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and operations to deliver campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects, and strengthen client relationships. You will also be responsible for reporting, analysis, and optimising digital activity across channels.
Plan, build, and manage automated email and nurture programmes to support lead generation, client engagement, and retention.
Define audience segments, design campaign journeys, test content, and deploy communications aligned with business priorities.
Maintain and optimise lead scoring frameworks to enhance marketing and sales alignment.
Collaborate with senior teams to ensure campaigns are effectively targeted and aligned with strategic goals.
Track and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and results.
Maintain and improve marketing automation workflows to increase efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
Support digital marketing initiatives, including website content updates, social media scheduling, and cross-channel campaigns.
Work with creative teams and external partners to produce compelling messaging, email templates, and campaign assets.
Ensure all marketing activity is compliant, on-brand, and adheres to industry regulations.
Contribute to the planning and execution of broader digital marketing strategies.
Experience & Skills
Proven experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, and lead nurture campaigns.
Expertise in email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Automation, Pardot, or similar) and CRM systems.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including web, email, social media, and paid campaigns.
Experience analysing campaign performance and turning data into actionable insights.
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external agencies.
Skilled in creating engaging content and messaging frameworks for digital campaigns.
Technical Knowledge
Proficiency with marketing automation tools, email distribution platforms, CMS systems, social media management software, analytics tools, and reporting dashboards.
Familiarity with workflow management and collaboration platforms (e.g., Monday.com, SharePoint).
Qualifications
Degree or professional qualification in marketing, digital marketing, or related discipline preferred.
