Marketing and Business Development Executive
We are working with a leading international professional services firm who are seeking an ambitious Marketing and Business Development Executive to join their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking global organisation, supporting their high-profile Dispute Resolution division.
This is a truly varied, full-mix marketing and business development position. You'll be supporting a fast-paced, market-leading team across areas such as commercial litigation, arbitration, investigations, employment, and family law.
Working closely with the Marketing & BD Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving strategic campaigns, producing tailored pitches, coordinating events, and strengthening client engagement. With a strong international footprint, you'll also collaborate with colleagues across Europe, Asia, and the US, ensuring alignment on global initiatives.
Unlike many BD roles in professional services, this position goes beyond pitch support - you'll be actively shaping campaigns, spotting opportunities in the market, and advising senior stakeholders on business development strategy.
Support on marketing and BD activity to drive new business and deepen existing client relationships.
Contribute to marketing and business planning, providing advice and guidance to fee earners.
Develop and deliver impactful campaigns around core themes such as crisis management and succession.
Build and maintain external networks to raise market profile.
Produce compelling and tailored credentials and pitch materials.
Take ownership of sector group initiatives, including events and webinars.
Manage legal directory submissions for European teams.
Work closely with global colleagues across Digital, PR, Campaigns, and Internal Communications to deliver high-quality initiatives.
We are looking for a candidate who is:
Passionate, enthusiastic, and proactive in their approach to marketing and BD.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Creative, commercially aware, and alive to market opportunities.
A collaborative team player with strong attention to detail.
Ideally, with experience gained in professional services and/or disputes.
Full-time role based in London with flexibility required for occasional events and deadlines.
Competitive benefits package, including pension, private medical, lifestyle discounts, cycle-to-work scheme and more.
A supportive, collaborative global marketing team with excellent training and career development opportunities (professional qualifications encouraged).
The chance to join a highly respected international firm with genuine scope for progression.
