About Caroline Baldwin

Caroline joined the Morgan McKinley Executive Search business in 2012 and has since built up extensive experience in assisting our clients identify and on-board the best leadership talent.

Caroline’s commercial background ensures that she has a keen understanding of our clients business requirements at a senior and board level. In her early career she spent a decade working as part of the senior management team at Ryanair as it expanded into Germany, Austria, Central Europe, Scandinavia and the UK.  As Sales & Marketing lead for these markets Caroline and her teams were responsible for significantly growing Ryanair’s network and passengers. After leaving Ryanair, Caroline worked in senior commercial positions in the international logistics and insurance industries with DHL Express and AA Ireland, before joining Morgan McKinley as Partner.

While an Executive Search Generalist, Caroline has built up particular expertise in running complex Technology Executive Searches and has developed a deep understanding of the most senior Technology Leadership talent, both in Technology and non-technology organisations. All of Caroline's searches are international or global in scope.

Caroline holds a primary degree in German and Philosophy and a Master’s degree in Business and Languages. She speaks fluent German.
