The Assignment

WaterWipes asked Morgan McKinley to conduct an executive search to identify a Chief Demand Officer. The Chief Demand Officer would sit on the Executive Leadership team and Board and own the consumer, shopper and the customer interface. They are tasked with managing and growing the revenue of the business. Critically, the CDO will ensure that both marketing and sales are linked, driving both brand and category growth.

Our Solution

In this executive search for a world leading Chief Demand Officer, Morgan McKinley were looking for someone with extensive commercial leadership experience in an Omni-Channel environment in the FMCG or CPG industry with multi-region or global demand creation experience. Critically, we were looking for someone with a passion for creativity and customer satisfaction, and the ability to successfully execute corporate strategy to achieve ambitious revenue generation. First and foremost, we were seeking an excellent people leader, and whilst he or she would be results driven, their approach will complement the WaterWipes values of Be Excellent, Be Respectful and Be Brave.
