Morgan McKinley is working in partnership with a global outsourced Sales and Customer Success firm with expertise in across a variety of industries.
The successful candidate will design instructor-led training courses, eLearning courses, create training resources, create exams, certifications, and work within the Learning Management System to achieve results.
Conduct training for new and experienced employees
Assist in the creation of eLearning courses, assessments, and certifications
Perform needs analysis and make training recommendations
Counsel and provide guidance to managers on employee professional development
Utilize the Learning Management System to administer courses, surveys, register class participants, analyze training, and create training reports as needed
Ensure quality metrics are met by assessing accurate samples and monitor process improvement initiatives Quality monitoring of transactions (chats, email, call recordings), team level quality analysis, compliance audits, and defining and updating quality frameworks
Minimum Bachelor's degree or related
At least 3 to 8 years of experience working in training or L&D
Experienced in delivering effective sales or IT training curriculum
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Positive attitude and 'get it done' mentality toward clients and coworkers
