I am trilingual in Indonesian, English, and Japanese, which helps me communicate effectively in diverse, multicultural settings. This skill supported both my studies and career, including my master’s degree at the International University of Japan in Niigata, where I specialized in the Public Management and Policy Analysis program.

Prior to joining Morgan McKinley, I worked as a recruiter for over four years, supporting job seekers through the hiring process and helping them prepare for interviews. I also have experience handling work visa procedures for individuals seeking employment opportunities in Japan.
