My Advice

How you present yourself matters just as much as your experience. Come in well-prepared, be confident and self-aware. Interviews aren’t just about what you’ve done; they’re about how you think and where you can add value next. Having a clear view of your strengths and the market makes a real difference. And be open to conversations - the more people you speak with, the more insight and perspective you’ll gain.

My Background

I'm mixed Filipino/Japanese and grew up in both the Philippines and Japan. I went to university in Tokyo and started my career in B2B tech sales in the HR tech space. That’s where I found my interest in recruitment and made the move into the industry. I now specialize in the travel tech sector; it’s a space I find genuinely interesting especially with how fast-evolving and sustainable it is. Always keen to connect with others working in or curious about the space!
