Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new enterprise clients through a consultative sales approach.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and C-level executives to understand business needs.
- Develop ROI-driven proposals and business cases to support client decision-making.
- Manage pipeline using structured sales methodologies and deliver accurate forecasts.
- Collaborate with product, implementation, and customer success teams for seamless onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and sales reporting.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify new opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3-5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Experience selling SaaS, technology solutions, or complex enterprise services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Soft Skills:
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate client challenges into business value and actionable solutions.
