We focus on C-level placements for global fintech companies expanding their business in Japan, as well as mid-to-senior level operational growth projects. In addition, we support Japanese fintech firms and startups with their local and regional expansion efforts.

My Advice

Being true to yourself is what defines your identity and market value. It is important to trust your skillset and values, as doing so will always help you find a place where you can reach your full potential. Staying open-minded may lead you to the career you truly want. While researching and listening to others is valuable, it is equally important to have the courage to seize the right opportunity when it comes your way.

My Background

I hold a Bachelor's degree from Bangkok University’s International Business English program. After graduating, I entered the infrastructure construction sector, where I worked on creating blueprints for construction sites. It was a rewarding and engaging experience, but I realized I wanted to be more involved in business development and customer impact.
I joined Morgan McKinley in July 2025, looking for an environment where I could be enthusiastic about my work and surrounded by passionate people. Today, I am an Associate Consultant in the Banking and Fintech department, working alongside a team that is deeply committed to supporting career development and driving business growth.
