Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with hotel and hospitality partners across Japan
- Support account retention, contract renewals, and revenue growth initiatives
- Conduct business review meetings and provide strategic recommendations to clients
- Identify upselling and account expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer support teams to improve customer experience
- Deliver onboarding support, product guidance, and client training sessions
- Monitor account performance, customer engagement, and market trends
- Maintain CRM pipeline and account information accurately
- Share customer insights and market feedback with internal stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, business development, hotel revenue management, or hospitality/travel technology
- Experience managing client relationships within Hospitality SaaS, OTA, travel technology, or related industries
- Strong understanding of hotel commercial operations, distribution, or revenue management functions
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and managing multiple accounts

- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Commercial mindset with strong consultative account management skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to work independently within a fast-paced international environment

Language Requirements:
