Join a major global IT services and consulting company as a Cloud and Infrastructure Sales Lead in Tokyo, driving growth across cloud transformation and infrastructure services in Japan.
This is a senior, high-impact role where you will work closely with leadership to expand the Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) business, building strategic relationships and leading large-scale enterprise deals. You will position the organisation as a trusted advisor for cloud and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive expansion of cloud and infrastructure services business in Japan
- Identify new market opportunities and build strategic enterprise relationships
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for large, complex managed services deals
- Engage with CXO-level stakeholders as a trusted advisor on transformation strategies
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and alliance teams to develop tailored solutions
- Partner with OEMs and strategic alliances to strengthen service offerings
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 10-15+ years of experience in cloud and infrastructure services sales
- Proven track record of closing large, multi-million-dollar managed services deals
- Strong domain expertise in cloud platforms (public and private), data centre transformation, and IT service management tools
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to build long-term client relationships at executive level
- Results-driven mindset with strong ownership
Language Requirements:
- English: Business level
- Japanese: Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working with global system integrators or IT service providers
- Strong network within enterprise clients in Japan
- Experience in alliance and partner ecosystem management
