Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to measure true business value by sharing research-backed marketing best practices and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with Marketing Science and Sales teams to manage key accounts using data-driven insights and analytical expertise.
- Support clients and industry partners in adopting best-in-class measurement methodologies, analytics frameworks, and advertising products.
- Design and execute measurement tests using client datasets and third-party technology platforms to validate marketing effectiveness.
- Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, uncover business opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Present complex research findings and analytical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide strategic consulting to Sales teams on business hypothesis development, measurement design, feasibility assessments, and interpretation of analytical results.
- Drive innovation by introducing new research methodologies and analytical approaches that improve marketing performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience independently planning and leading research projects with clients or cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven experience analyzing and manipulating structured and unstructured datasets to generate meaningful business insights.
- Practical experience with digital advertising measurement methodologies and advertising technology.
- Hands-on experience using statistical software such as R, SPSS, or SAS.
- Proficiency with data extraction and querying tools including SQL and Hive.
- Experience leading client engagements and driving adoption of new products, analytical methodologies, or research approaches.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into strategic business recommendations.

- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong consulting, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent business level or native proficiency.

- Experience with digital advertising focused on brand marketing and direct response (DR) campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of the Japanese market, particularly within the gaming, mobile app, or technology sectors.
