We are seeking a Technical Customer Success Specialist to join a leading Japanese e-commerce company.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between business teams and development teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and maximizing the value delivered by the platform. You will support stakeholder onboarding, drive adoption, and help business teams achieve success while improving operational efficiency and overall team performance.
This position is ideal for professionals with experience in Customer Success, Project Management, SaaS Platforms, IT Services, Stakeholder Management, and Business-Technology Consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and success initiatives for business stakeholders and platform users.
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams and development teams.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across multiple stakeholders.
- Drive platform adoption and maximize business value realization.
- Identify operational challenges and coordinate solutions with technical teams.
- Support project execution, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable plans.
- Improve team performance through process optimization and collaboration.
- Manage project documentation and task tracking using collaboration tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, SaaS, or IT Services.
- Experience driving projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Experience supporting business transformation, platform adoption, or customer success initiatives.
- Experience working in technology-driven environments.

- Basic technical knowledge of software development concepts, including APIs, databases, and web technologies.
- Experience working closely with engineering or product development teams.
- Experience in SaaS, platform businesses, or digital transformation projects.
