My Advice

Understanding the market is key, but equally important is matching your own interests with those of a prospective employer. Proactively being engaged in learning matters, as well as building long-term trust with customers. Learning also helps with prioritization, ultimately leading to success.

My Background

I was born and raised in Cameroon, with a Japanese mother and a Cameroonian father. I started my career as an accountant, working in both Cameroon & France, before moving to Japan in 2008. During my time in Japan, I have worked in a variety of roles, including fashion design, sales and recruitment. Prior to joining Morgan McKinley, I specialized in the recruitment of Accounting & Finance professionals. Connecting talented professionals with opportunities in the market is what I enjoy the most about my role.

In my free time, I enjoy anything that connects people across all spheres. I especially enjoy sports including football (soccer), basketball, tennis and boxing. I also enjoy music, art and culture. Finally, I very much enjoy spending time in nature whenever the opportunity arises.
