This skill supported both my studies and career, including my master’s degree at the International University of Japan in Niigata, where I specialized in the Public Management and Policy Analysis program.

Prior to joining Morgan McKinley, I worked as a recruiter for over four years, supporting job seekers through the hiring process and helping them prepare for interviews. I also have experience handling work visa procedures for individuals seeking employment opportunities in Japan.
