My Advice

But visualization is only half the battle. Execution and consistency are what separate top candidates from the rest of the pool. Think of me as your accountability partner—ensuring you stay on target, land in front of key decision-makers, and execute exactly as envisioned.

My Background

Born in the US to an Osakan mother and a father from DC working in semiconductor purchasing with JLPT N1, I grew up straddling both cultures—spending summers in Japanese schools (Taiken Ryugaku) while completing my education stateside. I graduated from Oregon State University with a B.S. in Public Health and two years of engineering coursework, giving me a solid technical lens into how global ventures scale.

My early career blends high-volume sales and cross-cultural execution giving me the blueprint for recruiting. I helped launch Arc'teryx’s second Portland store—driving our team to achieve North America's second-highest sales volume—before moving to Tokyo via the Boston Career Forum to manage a high-volume bar in Shibuya for Zetton Inc.
