    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute L&D programs aligned with HR strategy and organizational goals
    • Design and deliver internal training using diverse formats, improving effectiveness through feedback
    • Manage external vendors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective learning solutions
    • Develop and roll out leadership programs for high-potential employees
    • Track and analyze training impact using KPIs, ROI, and behavior change metrics
    • Drive employee engagement via onboarding, knowledge sharing, and DEI activities
    • Utilize data insights to improve learning culture and employee development initiatives

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • 5+ years in L&D or HR-related roles with a proven record in designing and delivering employee development programs
    • Skilled in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning, vendor management, and training evaluation
    • Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
    • Strong understanding of training impact measurement frameworks including ROI
    Soft Skills:
    • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
    • Strong vendor management and project coordination abilities
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present actionable insights
    • Effective in managing change and communicating with stakeholders at all levels
    Language Requirements:
    • Japanese: Native
    • English: Conversational or above, capable of creating business documentation

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience working in both Japanese and global companies
    • Strong cross-cultural collaboration experience
