    Join a globally recognized luxury fashion group as an HR Business Partner, leading cross-brand HR initiatives across talent management, diversity, and employee engagement. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and APAC HR teams to deliver group-wide projects that support business growth, organizational effectiveness, and a strong people-first culture. This position offers broad exposure across multiple brands in a highly international and collaborative environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead group-wide HR initiatives, including Inclusion & Diversity programs, graduate onboarding, and cross-brand employee engagement activities in partnership with the HR Director
    • Plan and execute HR projects that support overall group strategy and collaboration across multiple brands
    • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for Corporate functions, including sourcing, recruitment administration, and onboarding coordination with payroll and operations teams
    • Act as an HR business partner, advising leaders and employees on organizational strategy, employee relations, performance management, and ethical matters
    • Oversee labor-related operations, including employee data administration, payroll coordination, and time and attendance compliance with labor regulations
    • Partner with the HR Director to address organizational challenges and support leadership development, team-building, and organizational effectiveness initiatives focused on inclusion and psychological safety

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and at least 5 years of experience in HR-related roles
    • Strong foundational knowledge of HR practices and Japanese labor regulations
    • Proven ability to manage HR projects and coordinate multiple initiatives effectively
    Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholders
    • Strong analytical thinking and sound judgement for objective decision-making
    • High motivation to learn, adapt, and embrace new challenges with a positive mindset
    • Strong business curiosity and the ability to build trust and rapport across the organization
    Language Requirements:
    • Japanese: Native level
    • English: Business level

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations
    • Exposure to luxury, fashion, FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industries
    • Experience partnering with regional or APAC HR teams
